We want you to love your Auraly Heel Sleeve. If it's not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to request a return
- Email us at auralysupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without instructions may not be processed.
- Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- The guarantee applies to one return per order and customer.
- Items should be returned clean and in their original packaging where possible.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. In that case, we cover the costs.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and, where applicable, EU consumer law.
