These terms apply to all purchases from Auraly (auralythestore.com and our offer pages). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Products
The Auraly Heel Sleeve is designed for everyday comfort and support. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Individual results vary. If your pain is severe, getting worse, or you're unsure what's causing it, please see a doctor or physiotherapist. Product images are for illustration; small differences in colour or appearance are possible.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you if this affects your order.

4. Orders
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

6. Returns and refunds

7. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and, where applicable, EU consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. This does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order applies.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
